1st day

Okay my day is starting good! Went to gym, burned 568 calories on the eliptical and went 4.72 miles. I have eaten 240 cals so far and hoping to keep it that way.

New Start... NOW!

Okay so it has been awhile since I have been on my journal and I am going to try to start again bc it is the only thing that helps me focus. I will post my goals and follow them up. So for my big goal, lose ten pounds by Christmas... dunno if it is possible, but I will sure try. Today is the 9th so I have 16 days!
I will need to lose 0.625 lbs a day.
So, I need to burn an extra 2,100 cals a day.
I will start out tomorrow with going to the gym! Yay!

Well today was an okay day I have been able to stay under 500 calories!! I had
- a salad with carrots and cucumbers
- 1 packet of oatmeal
- Broccoli
Yay!!! One day down and a month and two days to go! My goal is to keep my daily caloric intake under 500 calories. Hopefully this will boost my metabolism and help me break my binge purge cycle because my metabolism is shot!

Heighest Weight: 175
Lowest Weight : 105
Goal Weight : For now 135... its gonna take some time to get there and then back down to my lowest.
Favorite Food : Mandarin oranges
Favorite Drink : Coffee or Orange juice

When Did It Start? :  Around 7th-8th grade.
Why Did It Start? :  Felt terribly uncomfortable around friends and family, and also due to my parents divorice and switching schools.

Diet Pills? : Used to take them, too hard on my heart.
Favorite Binge Food : Pop tarts.
How Many Calories Do You Consume A Day? : I usually end of binging, which i hate....but around 300.
What Tips Do You Use To Loose Weight? : Eating small portions and avoiding certain foods. Also, staying busy.
What Do You See When You Look In The Mirror? : Myself trapped in a different body.
Are You In A Relationship? : Yes
If So, Do They Pressure You To Be Thin? :  Sometimes, may be unintentionally, but yes
Are You The Fat Or Thin One Out Of Your Friends? : I am the fat one, I always seem to stand out from them
Are You Depressed? : Yes, I hate myself
Do You Self Harm? : Not lately.
Ever Tried To Commit Suicide? : Have thought about it, but never tried.
Ever Been To A Psychologist? : Yeah, awhile ago.
